About me.
Cultural journalist, culinary expert, communications specialist.
Travelling & reporting on true craftsmanship. And its faces.
motivation.
Exceptional culinary craftsmanship deserves a larger stage in times of cultural decline. My projects make it visible – its faces and microcosms – both nationally and internationally.
High-quality cuisine is craftsmanship at its finest and a cultural chronicle of its time. Top-level gastronomy evokes pure emotion and is created by extraordinary individuals who allow us to experience entirely new dimensions of quality.
expertise.
For over ten years, I have been devoted to the multifaceted world of fine gastronomy across the world evaluating it and immersing myself in writing about exquisite culinary experiences. Above all, I focus on the personalities who create these moments of sensory delight.
It all began in my teenage years in my own kitchen: after creating my first commissioned cakes for weddings and events, I started a food blog, became self-employed selling cookbooks, founded a social project inspired by Caffè sospeso, worked as a campaign manager for education and nutrition, trained as a nutrition consultant, and steadily professionalized and specialized in communication and storytelling.
Throughout it all, my constant driving force has been to preserve exceptional culinary craftsmanship as a time-honored cultural heritage.
observation.
Observing and evaluating megatrends—such as New Glocal, the use of AI in gastronomy, or the development of hyper-individualized food concepts—goes hand in hand with immersing myself in new, time-honored, and extraordinary taste experiences.
The world of gastronomy is changing profoundly. The future of high-quality culinary culture rests on inspiring personalities who continuously redefine standards of quality and creativity, as well as on those who preserve genuine culinary craftsmanship.
Here, I present my projects and the people behind them.
